Our products are made to order and shipped by our trusted production partner in Florida, USA.

It typically takes 1–2 business days to fulfill your order after it's placed. Please note that engraved or liquid glass products may require additional time due to the craftsmanship involved.

Estimated delivery times after your order ships:
- Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

What’s your return policy?
All sales on Just Family Things are final once the order is placed.

Due to limitations with our fulfillment partner, we are unable to accept cancellations or returns at this time.

Please ensure your order details are accurate—and that you're confident in making your purchase—before checking out.

Do you offer refunds or replacements?
We offer refunds only in exceptional cases.

For damaged, missing, or incorrect items, we’re happy to send a free replacement of the same product.

- A brief description of the issue
