When Will I Get My Order?

Our products are made on-demand by a production partner in Florida, USA. This means the item is being printed right after you complete the ordering process.
It usually takes 1 – 2 business days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. Engraved and liquid glass products require longer fulfillment times due to the level of care and craftsmanship and should ship out within 2 - 4 business days.

The shipping time depends on your location and the shipping option you choose. For US orders it can be estimated as: 

✅ Free Shipping: up to 7 business days
💨 Fast-Track Shipping: 3 – 5 business days
🚀 Expedited Shipping: 1 – 2 business days

What’s Your Return Policy?

At Just Family Things, our goal is to provide you with quality products and a seamless shopping experience. However, due to limitations imposed by our fulfillment partner, we have found it necessary to implement a No Cancellation or Return Policy.

Do You Offer Refunds?

We know that mistakes and accidents happen and we take pride in offering free replacement orders whenever something goes wrong! Refunds are only offered as a last resort. Please keep in mind that we are a small business and it is hard for us to cover the costs associated with a refund. Please make sure you actually want the item you are buying. If any of these apply, please contact us at hello@justfamilythings.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
