When Will I Get My Order?

Our products are made on-demand by production partners in the USA. This means the product is being printed right after you complete the ordering process. It takes 1 – 5 business days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out.
The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as 3 – 5 business days.

What’s Your Return Policy?

We offer returns for wrong or damaged items. If there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at hello@justfamilythings.com

Do You Offer Refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at hello@justfamilythings.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
