When will I get my order?
Our products are made and shipped by a production partner in the USA or Netherlands depending on where you shop from. This means the message card is being printed right after you complete the ordering process.
It usually takes 1 – 5 business days to fulfill an order, after which it is shipped out. Engraved or liquid glass products may take an additional day due to the craftsmanship involved.
The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as 3 – 5 business days for the US and EU orders.
